He is survived by : his wife Fay Ellen Bernhardt; his siblings, Rose Ann Wynboom, Robert Van Eyck (Grace) and David Van Eyck (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Sue Van Eyck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
