He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hofman and Wilma Hofman (Hargraves); and his sister Fave. He is survived by: his wife Melody Warner; his sons, Cameron and Travis; and his siblings, Karl and Helen Appleyard (Fred). He is also survived by five nieces.
