He was predeceased by: his parents, George Otis and Adele Otis; his wife Myrtle; his brothers, Bud and John; and his son-in-law Fred Wurzer.
He is survived by: his children, Penny Gillespie (Bob), Laura Olson (Paul), Dan Otis (Sue) and Jill Wurzer; his grandchildren, Jen Kouba (Zach), Stacy Spang, Scott Spang, Rob Spang (Celina), Ben Wurzer (Brooke), Sam Wurzer, Scott Gillespie (Lindsey), Brad Otis, Cory Otis and Nick Otis; his great grandchildren, Grace Kouba, Paige Kouba, Kamdyn Spang, Peyton Wurzer, Eliana Spang, Lola Gillespie and Vera Gillespie; his sisters, Nancy Zuleger, Pat Haverty (Mike) and Lynn Theiss (Gregg); and his caregivers, Amber, Millie, Nikki, Sue, Craig, Caitie and Tracy.
For those attending the funeral services for Bob, the family asks that you kindly wear a mask.
