She is survived by: her parents, Janice Anderson and Brian Perekovich; her children, Ashaunti and Jaydin; and her sisters, Michelle Gomez (Rick Elmhorst), Jodi Fitzmaurice (Kyle Thompson) and Felicia Nielsen (Justin).
