He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Faris; his children, Casey Moore and Tricia Moore; his grandson Elwood Moore; his stepgranddaughter Kyleigh Collins-Krueger; his siblings, Dennis Moore (Mary), Karla Boehlein (Paul), Scott Moore (Kay) and Brian Moore (Mickey); and his sisters-in-law, Suzanne Kain and Vicki Faris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
