He is survived by: his girlfriend Jamie Greenwood; his girlfriend's children, Molly and Josie; his siblings, Rusty Witthuhn (Alison), Penny Hast and Scott Witthuhn; and his nephews, Joseph Witthuhn and Jeffrey Witthuhn.
