With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore L. Welson (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie V. Welson and Arlene Welson; and his wife Mildred Ann (Geary). He is survived by: his sons, Mitchel (Marsha) and Trevor Welson, Sr.; and his siblings, Lin Cantu, Penny Sprague and Sharon KIp. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild.
