He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dlugopolski and Teckla Dlugopolski; his brother Don Dlugopolski; his daughter-in-law Trudy; and his grandchildren, Amy and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Dlugopolski (Lindsay); his sons, Steve Dlugopolski (Sue) of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., James Dlugopolski (Anne) of Appleton, Wis., Paul Dlugopolski (Mary) of Athens, Wis. and Mark Dlugopolski (Stephanie) of Kiel, Wis; his grandchildren, Taylor, Amanda Lee, Julia, Amanda Anne, Brian, Evan (Kayla) and Connor; his great grandchildren, Robert and Andrew; and his sister Dolores Mergen (Darrell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
There will be no luncheon afterwards due to Covid concerns at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to either the "Smile Train" or "The Right to Life," two organizations held closely to Tom's heart.
