It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas O'Brien (Appleton, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Brien and Ethel O'Brien; and his brothers, Jim and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Judi; and his children, Matthew Ditzler (Emily) and Heidi Scott (Rob). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
