She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Peterson and Beatrice Peterson; her husband George Messman Sr.; her siblings, Russell, Lafe, Fred, Adolph, Charles Peterson, Florence Miller, Viola Grundman, Anna Jenson, Ninabelle Harper, Joyce Ploetz, Mildred Johanson, Harriet MacDonald, Maida and Goldie Peterson; and her stepchildren, Christine and Richard Messman.
She is survived by: her children, Larry, Edward (Deb), Gregory, Thomas (Sue), Mark Rivet (Michelle Loula), Gloria Blair (Tom) and Wendy Gray (Dan); her sister-in-law Laverne Pheifer; and her stepchildren, George, Fred Messman, Corrine Gosz and Cathy Uttecht. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
