He is survived by: his wife Rosie Bootz; his children, Roy Knoll (Julie) of Davenport, FL and Kim Heitl (Bill) of Hortonville; his grandson Michael (Kathryn Garcia) of Miami Shores, FL.; his great grandchildren, Mariana, Nicolas and Lucia Knoll; his stepson Randy Bootz (Julie) of Sherwood; his stepgrandchildren, Dawn Carl, Joshua Heitl, Jenny Hensen (Chad), Kayleigh Mayer (Trevor) and Kyle Mayer (Danielle); his godson Rick Rowan (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Bradle, Kay Alderton, Maureen Allen, Nancy Allen, Tom Allen (Sandy) and Dale Simonson (Marie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
