He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Zak and Marion Zak (Mayer); and his brothers, Raymond, Tom and Bob.
He is survived by: his friends, Dave Zeutzius and Bill Fenner; his wife Beverly Price; his sons, Kevin Zak (Sheri) and Jason Zak; and his siblings, Richard Zak (Sheryl) and Marjorie Corson. He is also survived by nephews and other relatives and friends.
