She is survived by : her husband John Polaski of Arbor Vitae, WI; her children, Julie Jewell of Richland Center, WI and Matt Polaski of Oxnard, CA; and her sister Jane Weber of Waunakee, WI. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
