He is survived by : his parents, Ronald Miller and Joanne Miller (Zwettler); his wife Amanda Holtan; his children, Wade and Merrick; his siblings, Zac Miller (Amanda) and Laura Anebari (Badr); his parents-in-law, Tom Holtan (Monica) and Theresa Liebig (Greg); his sisters-in-law, Alycen Kirch (Tyler) and Aarica Windmiller (Dan); his nephew Zak; and his nieces, Berkeley, Larkin, Lab and Leinie. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
