He was predeceased by: his parents, John Belter and Mary Belter (Schaetzl); his daughter Lynn; his brother George Belter; and his brothers-in-law, Ray, Jack and Roger.
He is survived by: his former wife Susan Fink; his wife Susan "Sue" Belter; his children, Todd (Mary), Allen (Rebecca), Steve (Teresa), Tammy Kornack (Greg), Audra Brooks (Ben), Jason (April), John (Lisa Danczyk), Sarah Greil (Andy), Andy (Beth) and Matt (Jenna); his grandchildren, Rob, Hilary, Greg, Eric, Nick, Jackie, Tracy, Holly, Shauna, Jared, David, Aly, Lexy, Jameson, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Kody, Alex, Claire, Casie, Zach, Grant, Dane, Adam, McKenzie and Mason; and his siblings, Gert Dvorak, Marcie Ludkey, Pat Stasek and Norb Belter. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
