He was predeceased by : his parents, Gertrude Einberger (Rivet) and Leo Einberger; his brothers, Sonny "Leo" Einberger and Lawrence Einberger; his children, Eric and Erica Einberger; and his father-in-law John Bibeau.

He is survived by : his children, Nichole Leggett of Fond, Christina West (Tim) of Clear Lake, WI, Tyler Leggett Jr of Balsam Lake, WI and Kori Einberger (Branden Strenke); and his grandchildren, Bradley Knutson, Joshua Knutson, Sean Singh, Tristan Knutson, Caleb Knutson, Elizabeth Meyer, Lillie West, Cheyanne Knutson, Leo Strenke and Jameson Strenke.
