He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Miller and Mary Miller (McKean) of Wonder Lake, Illinois.; his siblings, MaryLou Cope and Terry Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Cable, Richard Cope, Rob Weber and Fred Kramer.
He is survived by : his wife Ardis Miller (May); his children, Jessica Knutson (Chad), Mac Miller (Stefanie) and Leslie Waggoner (Brady); his sister Susan Weber; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Abigail, Thomas, Mary and William.
