He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cluth and Bessie Cluth (Smejkl); and his siblings, Robert, Richard, June and Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Stewart of Burns; and his sons, Jack Jr. Cluth (Erin) of Portland, OR, Mark Cluth (Vicki) of Mukwonago, WI, Michael Cluth (Suzanne) of Albuquerque, NM and Patrick Cluth (JoAnne) of Zumbrota, MN.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
