Larry Glen Severson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Glen Severson of Bangor, Wisconsin, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 20, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Severson and Norma Severson (Dahl); his stepfather Clarence Weverstad; his sister Jean Day; his grandparents, Leonard, Edna Severson, Norman and Minnie Dahl; his parents-in-law, Jean and Myron Alderman; and his brother-in-law Leslie Hanson.

He is survived by: his wife Inez Alderman; his children, Nicole Alvarez (Carlos) of Lake City, Minn and Bart Severson (Jennifer) of Trempealeau; his grandsons, Brayden and Cameron Alvarez; his siblings, Tim Severson (Mary) of Melrose, Mark Weverstad (Mike Anderson) of La Crosse, Penny Snyder (Gary) of Onalaska and Julie Hanson of Holmen; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Alderman of Readstown, Gale Alderman (Deb) of Janesville, Dick Day (Mary) of Prairie and Chien; his grandchildren, Jonathan Alvarez (Darcy), Nathaniel Alvarez, Cassandra (Chase Cavallin), Mandi Kneifl (David Perez), Amber Stewart (Isiah), Laura Stegner (Andrew) and Miranda Kneifl; and his great grandchildren, Ella Boman, Camden, Jaxson Alvarez, Daniel, Olivia Cavallin, Noah Kneifl and Grace Stegner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the Cancer Center at Mayo Health Systems in La Crosse, the Bangor Presbyterian Church or St. Croix Hospice in West Salem.
