We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2018, at the age of 80, Rock Springs Dean Duane Dettmann (Baraboo, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Dettmann and Iva Dettmann (Moldenhauer); his stepfather Herb Meyer; his sister Lonna Mortimer; and his grandson Brandon Powers Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna of Rock Springs; his children, Diane Powers (Richard) of Muscoda, Denise "Dede" Schultz (Jim) of Trempealeau and Douglas Dettmann (Christine) of Baraboo; his grandchildren, Derrick Powers (Ashley Voll), Brooke Dempsey, Drew Dettmann (Zach Delmore) and Dustin Dettmann; his great grandchildren, Landon and Heydan; his sister Karen Stieve (Glen) of North Freedom; and his stepgrandchildren, Amy, Nicole and Jordan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to be used at a later date.
