He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Lloyd and Iva Grace Roundy (Kershaw); his wife Alice Mae Pierce Rathermel; his son Thomas Roundy; and his siblings, Howard, Lloyd Roundy and Beatrice Luther.

He is survived by : his children, Erma Haase, David Roundy, Joanie Campbell (Richard), Dale Rathermel (Nancy) and Kevin Rathermel; his grandchildren, Calvin, Scott, Brian, Tammi, Christopher James, Courtney, Christopher Kevin, Jereme, Randall, Brett and Alec; and his sisters, Bonnie Felton and Marie Bartels (Daniel). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
