It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cheryl A. Poetter of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ronald G. Pearson; and her parents-in-law, Mae and Herbert Poetter. She is survived by: her mother Peggy D. Pearson (Dunn) of Beaver Dam; her husband Richard "Dick" Poetter of Stephen's Lutheran Church; her sons, David J. Poetter of Beaver Dam and Michael S. Poetter of Beaver Dam; her grandson Daniel J. Poetter of Fort Atkinson; her siblings, Coleen Rechek (Daniel) of Hancock, Raymond Pearson (Diana) of Beaver Dam and Patrick Pearson (Lisa) of Beaver Dam; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Poetter, Karen Gertsch (Ken), Roxanne Poetter and Rhonda Thiel (Dave). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Ev. Lutheran Church-Beaver Dam (311 W Mackie St, Beaver Dam, WI 53916). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
