He is survived by: his sons, Bill of Westfield, Mike (Karen) of Beaver Dam, Jim (Monette) of Lakefield, MN, Dan (Barb) of Burnett and David (Renee) of Rio; his daughter-in-law Pam Berkevich of Sun Prairie; his grandchildren, Megan McAusland (Josh) of Sun Prairie, Ashley Behringer (Scott) of Oshkosh, Emily Bast (Steve) of Sun Prairie, John (Katie) of Friesland, Joe of Stevens Point, Jenny Walz (Paul) of Columbus, Bob (Shelly) of Columbus, Laura Schultz (Dan) of Reeseville, Amanda Zechser (Ben) of Clyman, James Jr. (Christine) of Watertown, Thomas (Krystle Arriens) of Beaver Dam, Christopher (Emily) of Beaver Dam, Jessica Kern (Joe) of Beaver Dam, Jenna (Josh Corson) of Juneau, Brianna Patel (Cody) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Jacob of Columbus; his sisters, Ann Wallender and Kathy Inks (David) of Waupun; his parents-in-law, Barbara Nett of Fond, Dave Kolstad (Rose) of Fond, Sue Kolb (Ron) of Plattsmouth, NE, Steve Kolstad (Nancy) of Fond and Kate Kolstad of Sun Prairie; and his close friend Gunner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
