It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita A. Sack of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thomas and Isabelle Thomas (Polzin); and her former husband Eugene Sack. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Corey (Robert) and Heidi Warren (William) of Beaver Dam; her grandchildren, Robin McCord (Christopher), Andrew Corey, Cody Tresselt-Warren (Christine) and Samuel Warren (Brittney Bell); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Maya Tresselt-Warren and Alexis Warren. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
