It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Darwin of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, born in Grand View, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Darwin and Anna Darwin (Johnson); his wife Helen Neer; and his siblings, Beatrice Zydor, Lucille Erickson, Marguerite Thornton, Edith Edwardson, Grace Brakken, Isabella Darwin, Bernice Darwin, Isla Mae Lemmen, Donald Darwin, Raymond Darwin, Jerold Darwin and Roy Darwin.
He is survived by: his brother George of Zephyrhills, Florida; his children, Bruce of Houston, Texas, Beth McNeil (Dan) of Allegan and Carol Dailey of Bozeman, Montana; his grandchildren, Ananda Scott, Ira Woyar (Amy Jahnke), John Adams (Naomi Adele Smith), Seth Dailey (Alyce), Shawn Dailey, Colin Dailey (Lindsey), Jamin Dailey (Breezy), Stephanie Dailey, Chad Dailey (Emma), Laurel Darwin and Sarah Darwin; his stepgrandchildren, Kathryn McNeil, Elisabeth McNeil Sinclair (Drew) and Jaden Adams; and his great grandchildren, Karissa Dailey, Lorra Daily, Anika Dailey, Brielle Dailey, Nevaeh Bako, Delaney Dailey, Callaghan "Beau" Dailey, Olive Dailey, Tess Scott and Isabelle Scott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bob was deeply saddened by stories of children facing cancer and would be honored if, in lieu of flowers, a donation were made in his memory to St. Jude Hospital whose work he supported.
