She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Hoffman (John); her grandchildren, Danielle Dorman and Malakai Buschkopf of Beaver Dam; her brother Ronald Buschkopf of Waterloo; and her adoptive daughter Valori Chapman (Jasson).
