She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Buechner and Italia Buechner; her nephew Todd Jeanquart; and her siblings-in-law, Yvonne Grapsas and Dale "Jinx" Jeanquart.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Johnson (Angel) of Beaver Dam, Mike Johnson of Beaver Dam, Jenny Dieterich (David) of West Bend and Mark Johnson (Kari Witt) of Fort Atkinson; her grandchildren, Bree Johnson, Melissa, Nicole, Zack Johnson and Jessica Peters (Dan); her husband James A. Johnson of Beaver Dam; and her siblings, David Buechner of Sturgeon Bay and Joan Jeanquart of Sturgeon Bay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made in Shirley Johnson's name to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin.
