He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Hoag and Emerene Hoag (Miller); and his sister Janice Jaffe. He is survived by: his wife Jeaniene Berent of Beaver Dam; his children, Brian Hoag (Jennifer) of Fort Collins, CO, Jeana Guardiola (Victor) of Racine and Brent Hoag of Port Washington; his sister Phyllis Knaup of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, William Hoag (Crystal Wills), Sean Hoag (Lexi Stults), Vincent Guardiola, Emma, Ethan, Carmen and Wesley Hoag; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa and Isaiah Ho; and his great grandchildren, Atli, Ciaran and Finnian Hoag. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Church - United Methodist in Beaver Dam or the charity of one's choice.
