He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Theodore Fillar and Gertrude Kuglitsch Fillar; his former life partner Judith Crawford; his wife Judy; his grandson Owen Whitman of Washington, DC.; his sister Sandra Hornada (Lorin) of Neosho; his sister-in-law Judy Crawford of Almond; his nieces and nephews, David Hughes (Sarah), James Crawford, Marcia Griswald (Robin), Marcella Carlton (Lenny), Melinda Trebiatowski (Dave), Marilyn Beggs (Eric) and Christy Wysocki (Ray); and his daughter Kimberly Fillar Whitman.
