He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Miller and Audrey Miller; his father-in-law Belford Hogoboom; his grandson Kellen Ludwig; and his niece Jan Hyatt.
He is survived by : his wife Jan Hogoboom; his children, Sarah Ludwig (Justin) of Fox Point, Samantha Peterka (Aaron) of Whitefish Bay, John "JJ" Miller of Madison and David Miller (Mackenzie) of Port Washington; his grandchildren, Jordan, Quinten, Mason, Riley, Quinn, Stella, Audrey, Sydney and Juliette; and his siblings, Brian, Paul Miller (Laurie), Beth McWey (Patrick) and Gail Hock (Steve). He is also survived by father who loved watching his children play sports and then his grandchildren.
