He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Vetterkind and Helen Vetterkind (Wingert); his wife Joyce Frank; his children, Richard and Vicki Vetterkind; and his siblings, Dona Nelson, Lorraine Bahr, Virginia Vetterkind, Michael, Clifford "Kip", Tracy and Richard Vetterkind.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Vetterkind (Amie Hayes) of Eau Claire, Deadra Minto of Bruce and Colleen Fedie (Terry) of Pahrump, NV; his siblings, LaVerne "Fritz" Vetterkind (Nancy) of New Auburn, Jack Vetterkind of New Auburn, Marjorie Keen of Springfield, Mae Frank of Bloomer, June Davis (Darrell) of Rockford, Darlene Pearson of Rockford and Corrine Worthington (Lyle) of New Auburn; his close friend Velva Richardson of New Auburn; and his grandchildren, Sarah Minto, Tiffany Minto, Chelsea Fedie, Bayley Vetterkind and Jodi Vetterkind. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
