She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Ruf and Wilhemina Ruf (Boos); her grandson Jeff Schindler; and her daughter-in-law Debra Schindler. She is survived by: her husband William J. Schindler; her children, Rita Nunweiler (Steve) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Richard Schindler (Virginia) of Bloomer, Charles Schindler (Frances) of Colfax, Glen Schindler (Lori) of Bloomer and Bill Schindler of Bloomer; and her siblings, Joe Ruf (Joyce) of Chippewa Falls, MaryAnn Schimmel of Chippewa Falls and Clara Scheidecker of Bloomer. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
