He was predeceased by: his father Richard James Blaisdell; his brother Timothy Richard Blaisdell; and his grandparents, William E. Blaisdell, Kathyrn Ingrid Blaisdell (Montague) and Marvin Waller.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Fradet and Stephanie Blaisdell; his mother Diane Blaisdell; his sister Brenda Blaisdell; his siblings' children, Ashley and Nicole Cleveland; his brother John Blaisdell (Christin Blaisdell); his siblings' children, Andrew and Aleah; his grandmother Betty Waller (King); his godmother Debra Maki (Blaisdell); and his uncle Dennis Maki. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
