She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Bremer and Alice Bremer (Peck); and her siblings, Barb Leisten and Hale Bremer (Diane). She is survived by : her spouse Donald Schmidt; her children, Patrick Schmidt (Sara) of Pittsville and Roberta Ryskoski (Chris) of Brandon; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Dustin, Bayley, Emily (Aaron) and Jake (Yahinness); her great grandchildren, Austin, Preston, Rivers, Jocelyn, Nelly, Sylvie and Eva; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Williams (Dave), Dennis Schmidt (Chris) and Don Leisten. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brandon Public Library, 116 East Main Street, Brandon.
