He was predeceased by : his father Fred. He is survived by : his wife Julie; his children, Hannah and Ethan; his mother Judy; his parents-in-law, Ken and Sharon Rupena; and his siblings, Scott (Donna) and Carrie. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
