She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Owen and Ora Owen; her siblings, Mary Downs (Harold), Izzy Garrett (Al), Bud Owen (Betty) and Jim Owen (Betty Lou); and her brother-in-law Harold Mueller.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Spencer (Dawn) of Burlington, Brian Spencer (Kim) of Goodman, WI and Kevin Spencer (Jenny) of Seymour, WI; her grandchildren, Joshua Spencer (Sara), Jacob Spencer (Shannon), John Spencer (Casey), Christopher Spencer (Rhonda), Andrew Spencer, Kevin Spencer and Elizabeth Spencer-Wigginton (Brad); her great grandchildren, Keegan, Hannah, Gillian, Leah, Iris, Charlie, David, Sawyer, Calloway and Baylor; and her sister Ruby Mueller.
