He is survived by : his wife Carol Schwalenberg; his daughters, Emily Windsor (Mat) of Conifer, CO and Amanda Sieg (Chris) of Franklin, WI; his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brady Sieg; and his siblings, Ruthann Davis of Oklahoma City, OK and John Hinshaw of Venice, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as friends.
