He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. and Minnie Paske (Baerwolf); and his brothers, Alvin Paske and Marvin Paske. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Mark Welch (Noeli), Jeff Welch (Cindy), Tom Welch, Russ Welch (Mary) and Don Welch (Debbie); his former wife Nancy Paske; his sister Elaine McOlash; and also, Dan Eggers, Debbie Rosenthal (Alan) and Terrie Hoffman (Larry). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
