Welch; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary (Carl Sether), Virginia (Al Ruf), Susie, Jeanette (Robert Gruber), Donna, Catherine (Norbert), Gloria (Norman), Sally (Mathias), JoAnn (Roy Galligan), Kathleen Herriges and Barbara Jaeger (Richard Comins).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (406 E Main St, Campbellsport, WI 53010). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Matthew's School are appreciated.
