He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Caroline (Nicosia); his children, Kathy (Butch Riege), Lynn (Brett Feldmann), John (Kelly Fox) and Krissy; and his parents, Hazel Sr and George Kamrath Sr.. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
