He is survived by: his children, Joseph Michael Galus and Elaine Marie Collier; his wife Fayetta Galus of Cashton, WI; his daughters, Cindy Connelly (Mark) of Cashton, WI and Kathy Herring (Joe) of Edgerton, WI; his grandchildren, Michael Soltau (Christina) of San Antonio, TX, Tanya Brueggen (Eric) of Cashton, WI, David Connelly of Cashton, WI, Heather Connelly of Cashton, WI, Brian Christianson (Liz) of Stoughton, WI, Shawna Christianson of Waterloo, IA, Nick Herring of Edgerton, WI and Justin Herring of Edgerton, WI; his sister Susie Nelson of Queen Creek, AZ; his cousins, Nancy Phelps of Mesa, AZ and Evonne Weber of Sioux Falls, SD; Aunt Janice Galus of Bay City, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be directed to the Bad Axe Lutheran Church in Michael's name.
