He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Johnson and Julia Johnson (Midtlien); his spouse Beverly Hohlfeld; and his siblings, Arnold, Kenneth and Judy.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Johnson (Kitty), Tyrone Johnson (Barb), Susanne Evans, Rosanne Warner (David), Taylor Johnson (Clara) and Mary Rohe (Jim); his grandchildren, Trent (Heather), Tara, Karena, Drew Johnson (Kristina), Ashley Hemmersbach (Zach), Laura Evans, Dr. Ryan Evans, Seth Warner, Dr. Lindsay Warner, Amanda Reynolds (John), Renee Hesky (Andrew), Monica Rohe and Justin Rohe; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Kiley, Kelsey, Brent, Owen, Sadie, Levi, Evan, Hannah, Jada, Eleanor, Madeline, Alexander, Nicholas and Matthew; his brothers, Lester (Phyllis) and David Johnson (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Alice, Ruth Ann Johnson and John Haar. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Sacred Heart Handicap Fund, Cashton High School Scholarship Fund or the Gundersen Medical Foundation Hospice program.
