She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Zernia and Myrtle Zernia; her son Peter G. Holk Jr.; her sons-in-law, Steven D. Potter and Jon S. Dick; and her siblings, Margaret Even and Duane O'leary.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Potter of Vernonia, OR, Martha Dick of Oostburg, WI and Paul Holk of Grafton, WI; her grandchildren, Steven D. Potter II, Nicole Potter, Katelyn Dick and Jon J. Dick; her great grandchild David Potter; and her siblings, Susan Eaton, Raymond Zernia (Casey), Tom Zernia (Sandy) and Clara O'leary. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
