She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J. Bach and Adelaide S. Bach; her husband Jerome "Jerry" Czisny (S. Navy); and her sister Marianne Bach. She is survived by: her children, John Czisny, Joan Lawton (Charles), Jean Moore (Martin), Susan Long (John), Patti Klainot (Bruce), Paul Czisny (Carmen Heider), Mary Adashek (Robert) and Thomas Czisny (Thomas Bauldry); and her brothers, John Bach (Helen) and James Bach (Bernadette). She is also survived by grandchildren and was "GiGi" to 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or charity of choice are appreciated.
