He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Francis and Sarah W. Francis; and his siblings, Robert, John and Mary Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Sallie Dickinson (Martin) of Colorado, Leslie Cutler (Robert) of Colorado, Carolyn Francis of Colorado, Hugh H. of Brooklyn, NY and Adam (Angela) of Madison, Wis.; his grandchildren, Sarah and Christopher; his nieces, Missy Stepanek (Jeff) and Sarah O'Neil; and his nephew Hunt Francis (Laurie). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may go to Christ Episcopal Church, 624 Bay St., Chippewa Falls or to the Chippewa County Humane Association, 10501 County Hwy S., Chippewa Falls.
