She was predeceased by: her parents, Thorvald Smith and Clara Smith (Holte); her husband Norman Schwab; her brothers, Roger, Alfred, Steve and Curtiss Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Betty, Janice, Carol Smith, Florene Albrecht, Lucy Hable, Norman Waterhouse and Delmar Swanson.
She is survived by: her children, John Schwab (Doreen), Peggy Priem (Larry), Thomas Schwab (Penny), Donald Schwab (Marge), Sandra Lakey (Mike), Darrin Schwab, Karen Sabelko (Lonnie) and Peter Schwab (Cindy); her siblings, Thelma Waterhouse of New Auburn, Leitha Swanson of Chippewa Falls and Juel Smith (Kathy) of Eau Claire; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Peterson of New Auburn. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
