It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Waak (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Waak and Mildred Waak (Kromrey); his wife Carol Holbrook; and his parents-in-law, Wilma and Lyle Holbrook.
He is survived by: his son Steve Waak (Kim) of Spooner; his siblings, Eileen Sturgis (George) of Eau Claire and Howard Waak (Janet) of Eau Claire; his sister-in-law Alice Meyer (Jim) of Tucson, AZ; his grandsons, Ryan (Sarah) of Menomonie and Kevin (Darcy Kothlow) of Knapp; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Sawyer, Lydia and Claira. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
