Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruby Moats (Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin), born in Sand Creek, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 95, on December 15, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Lofthus (Gilberts) and Theodore Lofthus; her husband Lloyd; her brothers, Omer, Mac, Clarence "Lofty", Andy and Arnold Lofthus; and her brother-in-law Fred Dobbs.
She is survived by: her children, Don Moats (Jean), Dean Moats (Marsha), Duane Moats (Pauline) and Jane Flug (Lee); her sister Judy Dobbs; her sister-in-law Dorothy Lofthus; her grandchildren, Tim Moats, Peggy Schmidt (Gary), Gina Deutscher (Jack), Fawn Moats, Nick Moats (Colleen), Jason Flug (Nancy), Brian Flug (Amy) and Whitney Falkenberg (Dennis); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Claire, Lauren, Gavin, Olivia, Conrad, Dawson, Cameron, Vivian, Silas and Emberly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Luther Park Ministry Center or to the Central Lutheran Church Organ Fund.
