She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Cummings and Regina Cummings (Dewyer); her husband Allen Richter; her sons, Darrell, Wayne "Bear" and Todd; and her siblings, Dorothy Kunstman, Betty Cummings, Ray (Rose), John (Lois) and Glenn Cummings.

She is survived by : her daughter Charlene "Charlie" Seefeldt (Gary); her grandchildren, Dylan Seefeldt (Melissa), Brianna Seefeldt (Tom Prichard), Scott Richter (Lori), Kelly, Keesha, Sarah, Mara, Kyle Richter and Michael Richter (Katelynn); her great grandchildren, Jameson, Jenifer, Katelyn, Aliyah, Aria, Rylee, Mya, Aubrey, Andromeda, Kharma and Kaia; her brother Roger Cummings (Joyce); and her sister-in-law Nancy Cummings. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions Eleanor's funeral service will be held privately for her family only also on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the United Methodist Church in Clintonville with Rev. Diana Ziegler officiating.
