He is survived by : his friend Beverly Samz-Bernitt; his daughters, Sally Wendt (Bill) of DeForest, Jamie Ayres (Mark Bendixen) of New London and Paula Ayres of Virginia; his granddaughters, April Ayres and Alissa Dombrowski (Josh); his brother-in-law John Samz (Emily); his nephew Gary Dempze; and his friend Howard Quimby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
